学修状況報告のお願い（10月入学者用）／Required Student Survey (For October enrollees)
長崎大学では年度末にすべての学部生・大学院生に学修状況報告を提出してもらうことになっています。10月入学者にはこの時期に実施することになっています。
これにより、自身の学修状況を振り返り、次年度以降のよりよい学修につなげてもらうとともに、長崎大学の教育改善に役立てています。
必ず提出してください。
なお、８月に予定されておりました調査を誤って１〜３月に実施しました。回答内容について変更がない場合、今回の調査にはお答えいただかなくて結構です。まだ回答いただいていない場合、もしくは回答内容を変更したい場合には、再度調査にお答えください。

At Nagasaki University, all undergraduate and graduate students are required to submit a student survey about your academic progress at the end of each academic year. The survey will be conducted at this time for October enrollees.
By doing so, you will be able to reflect on your own learning progress, which will lead to better learning in the next year and beyond. Moreover, this survey will be useful for improving education at Nagasaki University.
Please be sure to submit this form.
Please note that the survey scheduled for August was mistakenly conducted between January and March. If there are no changes to your previous responses, you do not need to respond to this survey. If you have not yet responded, or if you would like to change your responses, please respond to the survey again.
