Class Open House (Class Observation) HP

opening of a school (e.g. for the public to view the teachings)

1. Effect

Liberal arts education has been renewed since the 2012 academic year, and classes have been practiced mainly through active learning. This program is open to all faculty members of the university to learn how each class is developed, what kind of innovations are being made by the teachers in charge, and to help the observed teachers improve their classes. Furthermore, it is expected that the exchange of opinions among teachers based on their classes will further deepen the liberal arts education.

At the June 18, 2008 meeting of the Nagasaki University Academic Affairs Committee, this class observation system was approved as Nagasaki University FD, and it was agreed that both class participants and observers would be eligible for FD participation.Academic Affairs Committee Materials
